If you do have all of the qualifications, skills, education and everything needed to get you the job, make sure everything in your cover letter is worded so that it explains it well. Wording can really influence what an employer thinks about your cover letter and you as an applicant to their job position. If you need help working certain things in your cover letter you can always ask someone else, there is no rule that states that you need to fully write your cover letter only by yourself.
